Natures are either neutral or are beneficial and hindering. There is no such thing as a nature that is only beneficial or a nature that is only hindering.
Bashful, Docile, Hardy, Quirky, and Serious are the only natures that are neutral. Every other nature benefits one stat while hindering another stat.
Yeah, what Fabio said is true. However in some cases, there are natures that may seem only beneficial.
For example, a Jolly Staraptor. It reduces Sp.Atk which is considered a hindrance, but in reality, Staraptor will likely not even make use of that stat.
But I think to answer your question is based on which pokemon you have in mind. Depending on how you like to run your poke, will depend on what nature it should have.
