    This is my Netbattle Salamence.

    Salamence@Leichi Berry/Leftovers
    Adamant nature
    EVs-Attack, and Speed
    Dragon Dance
    Earthquake
    Rock Slide
    Brick Break/Aerial Ace

    I can't decide if I should use Leftovers or a Leichi Berry. also to use Brick Break or Aerial Ace. The ones that are on the left side of the / is what is currently on him. So suggestions are welcome! :)
     
    Aerial Ace gets STAB :) you should consider replace rock slide with brick break though but that depends on your team and your strategy

    I always prefer HP Flying for some odd reason.Dragon Dance till you get to red,sweep like hell.It's basic.
     
    needs flamethrower/Fire blast over one of the attacks for Skarms yes :)

    also speed should just be high enough to reach 267. Any more than that and you're wasting EVs

    Just my two cents.

    Physical Salamence's nature is usually Jolly without any Sp Atk EV's right?

    Let's edit it like this,

    If you do so,usually one Flamethrower wouldn't pwn a Skarmory because most people give it max Sp Def EV's.It would take 2 hits to usually kill one,making Skarmory setting one set of Spikes.Unless,the user of the Skarm is really stupid by putting a Naughty/Rash/Naive/Lax nature on Skarm.Nearly no one puts Skarmory as their first pokemon in Netbattle,I think lol.So Salamence will have time to set up DD and pwn Skarm with Brick Break for Normal damage.

    Just a suggestion.

    I would rather just give it 264, it goes to 396 which pretty much covers everything but Deoxys F and Electrode with max speed and Ninjask. And yeah, a fire attack is need.
     
    Question

    I see in a lot of lists a move such as "HP Grass," or "HP Flying," what does that mean?
     
    HP = Hidden Power. Read the ATG if you really want to learn more.
     
    Spike: Touch?, although I like round numbers, so 400 is pretty (Hence why my exeggutor usually has 200 speed instead of 198)

    But if you're worried someone else does the same thing, then 267 could be a safer bet (unless you meet ppl who have 252 in speed, then you're at the disadvantage either way)

    Mine does fine cause its not hard to pull off 1 Dance. But, if you wanna lose out on On Atk and Sp. Atk, be my guest...
     
    1 or 2 points of atk isn't nearly as severe as 1 or 2 points of speed in terms of KOs.
    So it's not that bad to have 399 attack instead of 400, or something like that.
