I'm not too keen on R/S/E so simply take my advice with a grain of salt.

HP Flying is standard on Salamence, Dragon Claw is not, as it was a special move last gen. I like the notion of CBMence > DDMence, it should fit in quite well. With an extra moveslot free of Dragon Dance, you can run Fire Blast to burn Skarmory out of the sky.

The team has good Skarmory coverage so I suggest SubSalac Heracross over the current one. It does a miraculous job at cleaning up late game with a Swords Dance under its belt.

Toxic/EQ/IB/Rest Swampert should go over Metagross to counter the likes of Zapdos and opposing Swampert. And Gengar should have Ice Punch > Psychic and Explosion > Brick Break with Rash nature.
    That's about it, good luck.

    Psychic
    Thunderbolt
    Ice Beam
    Good coverage

    Heracross @ Leftovers
EVs: HP 4, Atk 252+, Def 0, Spd 252, Sp. Atk 0-, Sp. Def 0 (adamant)

    Brick Break
    Substitute
    Rock Slide
    Megahorn
Consider placing earthquake to as opposed to substitute, because of the low hp the sub has and for type coverage, I try not to rely too much on rock slide, because of accuracy problems, I've had 4 slides miss in a row....
    Salamence @ Leftovers
EVs: HP 0, Atk +252, Def 0, Spd 252, Sp. Atk -0, Sp. Def 0

    Dragon Claw
    Dragon Dance
    Earthquake
    Rock Slide

    Metagross @ Leftovers
EVs: HP 252, Atk +244, Def 0, Spd 11, Sp. Atk -0, Sp. Def 0

    Agility
    Earthquake
    Explosion
    Meteor Mash
Standard agiligross, good enough, although I'd place evs into speed, because of the switching, that only buys time for one agility, which can't outspeed most counters.

    Blissey @ Leftovers
EVs: HP 252, Atk -0, Def +252, Spd 0, Sp. Atk 0, Sp. Def 0

    Aromatheraphy
    Seismic Toss
    Thunder Wave/Ice beam
    Soft Boiled
Ice beam so Gengar doesn't wall you completely

    Gengar @ Leftovers
EVs: HP 8, Atk -0, Def 0, Spd +251, Sp. Atk 251, Sp. Def 0

    Shadow Ball
    Psychic
    Thunderbolt
    Brick Break/ice punch
Gengar has barely attack, and brick break wouldn't do it much favors. Having ice beam would do the special attack stat much better. As for shadow ball, you could keep it, because of stab.

I don't really agree with Gengar's moveset, well...

I tried to help, my comments should be in bold

Um, @ the above poster, nothing is in bold. -_-

BB is physical IIRC, so go HP Ice >> Brick Break on Gengar.

Starmie's Special Sweeper set uses 40 HP|252SpA|216 Spe as the spread. Thunderbolt/Ice Beam/Surf/Recover for the moveset.

Ice Beam >> something on Blissey's set to hit Gengar.

    Thank u guys. =)
There were some good tips I might think about.
I see the problem that Bliss can't do anything only with Seismic Toss against Gengar but only IB wouldn't be that great either in my opinion. So should I forget Aromatheraphy and give her Ice Beam? Wha I just can't decide...

Actually, it makes more sense to run Ice punch intead of Hp ice, like deathgold had typed but yes, BB on gar won't do much, even to blissey. Any ways, ice punch is special in 3rd gen, has more base power and has a freeze chance, also, it doesn't hurt Ivs. So go ice punch > Hp ice.

Why are you using Psychic/Shadow Ball/Brick Break on Gengar? Either use McIceGar or use a standard set:

    Gengar @ Leftovers
    Timid
    252 SpA/252 Spe/6 HP
    Ice Punch
    Thunderbolt
    Will O Wisp/Hypnosis/Destiny Bond
    Will O Wisp/Hypnosis/Destiny Bond

You could put Explosion and stuff there, but I'd rather you not.
