This is something that I did for a fad on ytmnd. All of this is done on Photoshop.
For the font, I've used the actual Pokemon font and I've applied them with some blending options effect to make it look more authentic like the real logo. And I've ofcourse I've pasted Meowth's head on it as a homage to Happy Cat, the official mascot of NEDM.
