-Shock Wave (for 'never-miss and lack of other Elec. moves)

Garchomp @ Choice Band/Life Orb/Salac Berry

I have some ideas for the 6th pokemon, they are: Vespiquen, Swampert and Heracross. What do you guys suggest I should insert? Also, if anyone has suggestions on my current team please let me know thanks! -Happy Battling!

It seems you need a support Pokemon. You have walls and sweepers so basically thats the only thing you lack. I'm not sure what to suggest for this role though. Sorry... >.>

As for Skarmory drop Roar for Whirlwind and Aerial Ace for Drill Peck. You can basically get those moves by breeding a Pidgey with Whirlwind with a Drill Pecking Spearow. Then get the resulting child (a male Spearow) and breed it with a female Skarmory. I also suggest Roost over Substitute. Skarmory's HP isn't exactly something great.
