Need a Golduck Special Sweeper moveset

Hey I am in need of a good Golduck Special sweeper moveset. I would also like to know what Item I should give it, a power up for water moves or a power up for Psychic moves?

Don't use 20% boost items on anything; they suck. Choice Specs and Expert Belt are better. As for everything else, I dunno.

 

[Eos Aduro]

Ice Beam
Surf
Psychic
Focus Blast

And give it Leftovers.

Calm Mind
Focus Blast

Calm Mind is better than Psychic. Only use Psychic with a STAB.
