Need a good torterra moveset

Electivire majors in both the physical and speical department. My favorite moveset on vire is the "It's Supah Effective!" moveset. I don't remember the EV's, but the moveset is:
Thunderbolt/ Thunderpunch
Ice PUnch
Cross Chop
Earthquake

Any Vire without Screech is fail. Even then, it still kind of sucks TBH.
