Need a new Avalugg

Anyone got a STURDY Bergmite or Avalugg? Mine's got Ice Body, which is aight, but I feel Sturdy would be better. Many a battle has been lost because of Avalugg's pitiful sp.def and an extra life (so to speak) would really help out. Don't worry about gender, IV's or Ability - I can take care of those myself (although as many perfect IV's as possible is appreciated).
