Need a new board and token

    My son has been playing off and on and we got him a bunch of cards for Christmas. The problem is his brother ruined his playing board and also we are missing most of the little token you put on for damage, poison, ect. Does anyone know where we could get him some more? Thanks!

    Hello Lisa ! Usually when you buy a Pokémon structure deck, you get damage counters and burn/poison tokens included, as well as a coin. Playmats/boards can be bought separately and can be made out of paper or rubber. I would recommend a rubber playmat as they can go in the washing machine and can easily be cleaned and won't tear or get damaged easily. Packs of dice can also be used as damage counters as an alternative. Ebay and Amazon would be a good place to check around or visiting a local card/toy shop.
     
    Thanks. Yeah he had a starter pack but we just lost all the little token pieces over time. I was able to find some on EBay. However I am having a hard time finding a new board. The rubber one sounds great as I would not have to worry about it getting ruined but I can not find one anywhere. Do you know anywhere that sells them?

    Ebay would be a great place to find a playmat, just search "Pokemon Playmat" or "Card game playmat" and you'll find alot to chose from. Same if you go to a internet search engine or amazon. They will vary in price depending if you would like a plain design playmat or one with design on it and if they are made out of rubber or paper. Rubber playmats can have any design you want on them or plain, whilst paper playmats will usually have a set design on them. Normally Rubber playmats with a design they will vary from $20-25 including shipping. Plain ones will be around $10-15 including shipping. You may come across a particular pokemon playmat which are more expensive as they can be "limited edition" or only given at particular events. The Pokemon Black/White Trainer kits come with cards, tokens and a paper playmat, so that would be a product which could be a suitable alternative if you want them all in one go.
