[General] Need A Taillow

Here it is in the good section!

So I need a taillow for my Random pokemon challenge run in Pokémon Y. I tried to get it naturally, but I got wingull 2 times instead of Taillow. So I wanted to ask, does someone have a Taillow?

I need a Taillow, If its possible, minimum level 10 and Maximum Level 20

So what do you get in return? I don't have much yet, but I do have a snorlax I caught in the main story of X and Y.

Also, please don't trade Taillow's higher leveled than 30, because I only have one gym badge,
