[Tool] Need a Text editor

On my last post, someone suggested I use HexManiac for editing stuff and there seems to be no way to edit the npc/sign text. Does anyone know anything I can use?

Just use a script editor like xse. You only need to learn the bare minimum of scripting (messageboxes, repointing offsets) if all you're doing is changing text
