need advice for koffing on emerald

Hi I did a new emerald and tried to use koffing which is somone I have never used but I need a reccomendation for a move set but I would like suggestions

?

please give advice

I have herd of WOW and exploding wheezing but I do not want to breed if I can help it and I dislike self destruct/explosion

Firstly Koffing isnt a sweeper but is a physical wall.
Secondly, here is a good set for Koffing.

Will-O-whisp/pain split/something else

I know that you need to breed for Will-O-Whisp and pian split but its worth it.
