    can someone tell me where can i find a program for animating my trainer card
     
    Well J_spiro Get Animation Shop pro(You get it along with PSP 6 or 7).Even if it's a trial version,just use it to animate it!!
    Or get anyother GIF Animation program!Search for them ar download.com.
