Need assistance with a team

Ok so Im making A purely pokemon with wings team and heres what I have so far

Lead: Aerodactyl @ focus sash
Nature: Jolly
Moveset:
~ Stealth Rock
~ Taunt
~ Stone Edge
~ Earthquake
Ev Spread: 252 Atk / 4 Def / 252 Spe

Second: Flygon @ Choice Scarf
Nature: Adament
Moveset:
~ Earthquake
~ Outrage
~ U-turn
~ Stone Edge
Ev Spread: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe

Alright this one may seem dumb but I like it haha
Third: Delibird @ Focus Sash
Nature: Hasty
Moveset:
~ Counter
~ Thief
~ Quick Attack
~ Seismic Toss
Ev Spread: 168 HP / 88 Atk / 252 Spe

Fourth: Charizard @ Life Orb
Nature: Rash
Moveset:
~ Flamethrower
~ Roost
~ Brick Break
~ Air Slash
Ev Spread: 60 Atk / 252 SpA / 196 Spe

Fifth: Dragonite @ Leftovers
Nature: Mild
Moveset: (it needs work)
~ Aqua Tail
~ Outrage
~ Earthquake
~ Fire Punch
Ev Spread: 116 Atk / 200 SpA / 192 Spe

Sixth: Crobat @ Leftovers
Nature: Jolly
Moveset:

Ev Spread: 104 HP / 152 Atk / 252 Spe

I am open to any critiques, replacement, etc.

Uh yeah Togekiss doesn't help with Jolteon at all. That and Scarf Flygon takes a dump on it. :|

Anyway, Delibird is a horribad Pokemon please just get rid of it for something actually viable, read: anything.

Haha cmon delibirds the star of the team hes a suicider he goes and takes the hit lives via focus sash then uses counter. Hes terrible but I just like him to much favoritism i suppose.

You are aware that when delibird switches into Stealth Rock (which is up 99% of the time) it will negate the sash and you pretty much die, right?

Your whole team is massacred by Stealth Rock. You need a spinner, especially because you have 2 4X weaks. I would suggest starting over because this team has no chance to work competitvely.

Maybe but aerodactyl is leading with taunt and unless another lead out speeds his over 300 speed then im going to use taunt which makes it so theres no stealth rock for 3-5 turns and then hopefully scarfgon can take there lead down or maybe even aerodactyl can depending on the lead. This all assuming that someone leading with their stealth rocker though so idk... This isnt my competitive team its basically for fun.. My competitive team is way different.. And A lot of people lead with their rocker which aerodactyl can handle.. So it will be massacred if they dont lead with that..
Also it has to be a team with wings so post what you would put it in that has wings as a replacement.. Also, Im going to replace dragonite his moveset isnt good and his ev's arent what i posted.

Opponent switches out into something that directly counters Aero, then predicting your switch switches back into the poke that will then setup rocks.

Hmmm.. this is sound advice.. so you guys all say delibirds terribad huh?
Well what should I put in instead also I need a replacement for dragonite.
Im thinking of maybe having a defensive skarmory what do you guys think.. Perhaps a swords dance scizor?

Delibird is terrible and is utter setup bait. So switch Deli for Skarm.

Personally I use specially defensive, but it's honestly you're choice.
