Hey people! I wanna create a Hoenn wifi team, so far I only have mega gallade on my mind, what other pokemon should I get? What tanks or sweepers are there? Thanks guys.

PS. I don't have pokemon bank so I can't get pokemon like Greninja or Dragonite.

Bisharp pairs well with Mega Gallade because it can handle Fairy and Ghost Pokemon. It also makes a somewhat shaky check to Flying Pokemon, though:
    -Sucker Punch
    -Iron Head
    -Knock Off
    -Pursuit/Swords Dance
    Nature: Adamant
    EVs: 4 HP/252 Atk/252 Spe
    Item: Life Orb/Sharp Beak/Sky Plate
    Ability: Defiant

Mega Gallade is very versatile, so it has plenty of options to go with:
    -Swords Dance
    -Close Combat
    -Zen Headbutt/Ice Punch
    -Knock Off/Ice Punch/Will-o-Wisp/Taunt/Destiny Bond/Shadow Sneak
    Nature: Jolly
    EVs: 252 Atk/4 Def/252 Spe
    Item: Galladite

    or
    -Substitute
    -Swords Dance/Bulk Up
    -Drain Punch
    -Knock Off/Zen Headbutt/Ice Punch
    Nature: Jolly
    EVs: 252 Atk/4 Def/252 Spe
    Item: Galladite

    or
    -Close Combat
    -Zen Headbutt/Ice Punch
    -Knock Off/Ice Punch
    -Taunt/Will-o-Wisp/Destiny Bond
    Nature: Jolly
    EVs: 252 Atk/4 Def/252 Spe
    Item: Galladite

Latias also pairs well with both, as it can handle Keldeo:
    -Draco Meteor
    -Psyshock
    -Defog (4th gen move only)
    -Healing Wish
    Nature: Timid
    EVs: 252 SAtk/4 SDef/252 Spe
    Item: Life Orb

Diggersby also works with Mega Gallade because of their shared ability to wear down each other's counters and breaking down stall:
    -Swords Dance
    -Return
    -Earthquake
    -Quick Attack
    Nature: Adamant
    EVs: 4 HP/252 Atk/252 Spe
    Item: Life Orb
    Ability: Huge Power

Wash Rotom also works with Gallade + Diggersby, as it can check fast threats, like Choice Scarf Therian Landorus:
    -Volt Switch
    -Hydro Pump
    -Will-o-Wisp
    -Pain Split/Rest
    Nature: Bold/Calm
    EVs: 248 HP/216 Def/44 Spe (Bold) or 248 HP/216 SDef/44 Spe (Calm)
    Item: Leftovers/Chesto Berry

Stealth Rock support is also crucial, as it can net the team KOs they wouldn't normally get:

    Therian Landorus:
    -Stealth Rock
    -Earthquake
    -U-turn
    -Stone Edge/Knock Off/Rock Slide
    Nature: Impish
    EVs: 252 HP/252 Def/4 SDef
    Item: Leftovers

    Ferrothorn:
    -Stealth Rock/Spikes
    -Leech Seed
    -Power Whip/Gyro Ball
    -Gyro Ball/Protect/Thunder Wave
    Nature: Relaxed
    EVs: 252 HP/88 Def/168 SDef
    Item: Leftovers/Shed Shell
    Ability: Iron Barbs

    Tyranitar:
    -Stealth Rock
    -Crunch/Pursuit
    -Fire Blast
    -Ice Beam/Rock Slide/Thunder Wave
    Nature: Sassy
    EVs: 248 HP/136 Def/124 SDef
    Item: Leftovers
    Ability: Sand Stream

    Terrakion:
    -Stealth Rock
    -Stone Edge
    -Close Combat
    -Taunt/Swords Dance
    Nature: Jolly
    EVs: 252 SAtk/4 SDef/252 Spe
    Item: Focus Sash/Life Orb

    Empoleon:
    -Stealth Rock
    -Scald
    -Defog
    -Roar/Protect/Toxic
    Nature: Calm
    EVs: 248 HP/8 Def/252 SDef
    Item: Leftovers
    Ability: Torrent

    Heatran:
    -Stealth Rock
    -Lava Plume
    -Toxic
    -Taunt/Earth Power/Roar
    Nature: Calm
    EVs: 248 HP/192 SDef/68 Spe
    Item: Leftovers

Where would I get Ferrothorn, Tyranitar or Empoleon?

Empoleon can be obtained from Prof. Birch as a Piplup in OR/AS. Tyranitar is Y- and Friend Safari- exclusive (as Pupitar). Ferrothorn (as Ferroseed) can be found in Steel Friend Safaris or as a drop-down Pokemon at Reflection Cave and Glittering Cave in X/Y.

Sorry, I also forgot to mention that I'm playing on Omega Ruby. Is there a friend safari in Hoenn?

Have all six pokemon different types. ie
    Psyduck Psychic/Water
    Blaziken Fire/Fighting
    Gloom Grass/Poison
    Magnetrio Electric/Steel
    Golem Ground/Rock
    Togekiss Flying/Fairy

And each Pokemon should have three different move types and one other move
    ie
    Blaziken
    Blaze Punch-Fire
    Double Kick-Fight
    Overheat-Other Move
    Rock Tomb-Rock

This is the strategy I use

    Welcome to PC Cheesevolt :D

Doom Knight - for Mega Gallade partners, um. Look into something steel. With offensive capabilities if possible; to handle those fairies and flying types. I don't know everything natve to Hoenn yet, as I'm still conquering the region anew myself- buuut, Skarmory is findable in ORAS and could help with your team. Also metagross yo. But careful on stacking ghost weakness if you do that.
