[Other] Need HELP editing Emerald

Well, I've been looking for tutorials in the last few weeks and I've still didn't find all the things I was looking for so I decided to write them down here to see if anyone can answer any of them.
I'm hacking Emerald btw(as it's written in the titlescreen) so I need help with that:

1. Changing the animation frames:

All I saw was this topic and I have no idea how to get ASM or how to use it, and if I need to use it at all.

2. Changing the battle backgrounds in Emerald. I'm looking for the number of it in Unlz Gba

3. Changing TEAM MAGMA and TEAM AQUA battle scene of their signs. the M for Magma and alpha for sapphire.

4. Change the hero/heroine icon sprite in world map.

6. add the physical / Special split to the game and add fairy type.

7. How to remove the PokeNAV from Pokemon Emerald and remove all the walking few steps and roxane calls you to add her to your pokeNAV.

If possible: (8. Easy way to find image you're looking for in Unlz.gba for ex: battle background and stuff like that)

I'm sorry to be so "needy" but I want to know how to change the things I want to change so sorry and please no bad replies, it's the section for people who need help so don't be mad at me or anything like that.
