Need help editing Pokeball catch rate

    I want to make an optional patch for FireRed to change the catch rate of the safari ball to 100%. I found a thread on here from several years ago that mentions how to do it by changing the safari ball's subroutine, but I can't find the location of that code online or in HMA. Where is it and how can I change it?
