Need help finalizing team build

    I'm in the process of building a new team, as I have recently revived my interest in pokemon, and started to build a team out of boredom.

    I also have Snorlax as a possible replacement for Tyranitar, but I can't decide if he's better or not.

    Does this team have anything going for it, or should i scrap it completely and make a new one?
     
    Evolve Haunter and Seadra. Other than that not bad.
     
    I wrote them as unevolved, mostly because of the hassle of finding someone here to trade with to get them evolved (or can you do trade-retrade over wifi?).
