Need help finalizing team build

I'm in the process of building a new team, as I have recently revived my interest in pokemon, and started to build a team out of boredom.

Evolve Haunter and Seadra. Other than that not bad.

I wrote them as unevolved, mostly because of the hassle of finding someone here to trade with to get them evolved (or can you do trade-retrade over wifi?).

you can do trade-retrade over wifi. Just make sure your Seadra has a Dragon Scale. You can find it on wild Horsea like, 5% of the time.

Btw, which of Snorlax and Tyranitar is the best one?

It really comes down to personal preference. Check out pokemon.marriland.com, go to the HGSS pokedex, and look up both of em, and decide which one YOU like best.
