4th Gen Need help finding good Fire pokemon!

    Hey! Just got my version of Soul Silver today (loving it by the way!!) and I need help finding a new fire pokemon! I picked Totodile because he is my favorite :cheeky:, so Cindaquil isnt an option. Anyone know of some good fire pokemon to get early in the game?

    i cant find any electric pokemon yet and ive done 5 badges
     
    In soul silver, you have ponyta, vulpix, and actually a magmar too. It's rare, but you can find a magmar in the burned tower in ecruteak city.
     
    there are vulpix at night time in the grass just before safari zone
     
    Vulpix can be found on route 37 in SS. (Growlith in HG)

    Like said, Magmar can be found in the burned tower. (Basement floor 1)
     
    Well it's a bit unclear on whether he meant early in terms of time of day...or early in terms of progress.
     
    Try catching a Growlithe as a fire pokemon.
     
    Then there ya go. Catch Vulpix.
