Need Help Finishing(and ratings)On My New Defensive UU/OU Team!

I'm making my first competitive team in a long time. i desperately need help with it. i have a big battle sunday...and im still missing 2 pokes. My team is very defensive based, since that is my main style of play. this is how it goes so far:

This pokemon is my first problem:
Tangrowth-it would make a great addition to my team, but i cant decide what set to run it with and how to EV it. My ideas are as follows:

P wall/P sweeper-
Tangrowth@???
252 Def, 252 Hp
impish/adament:
power whip
earthquake
rockslide
swords dance

seems good....but most of my pokes are already physical

or:
sp sweep/P wall

252 Def, 252 Hp
calm/modest:
Energy ball/giga drain/leaf storm
leech seed
sleep powder
....and idk about the last move

252 Atk, 252 Speed
Adament:
fire punch

curse/confuse ray

and that leaves me with 1 spot....i realized that my team has no water types....so i figured that would b a good type to balance out and fill this spot. its between slowking and kingdra. i have a moveset for slowking, who would fit my "bulky team" better:

nasty plot

but i have no idea about kingdra.

Im looking for good insight on everything, especially tangrowth and my last slot, but feel free to add any other suggestions. im not changing the team i already have....i dont have time. im also open to alternate dusknoir movesets. so please help....cause i need answers quick!

There's no reason to build an OU/UU team since it's just going to be considered OU. There's nothing wrong with using UU pokemon in OU, but understand that they're usually outclassed by something else, hence the lower tier.

You also need to add items and natures please, and do try to use this format or it's incredibly hard to read/rate your team:

Sorry about that....its still not much better. I mostly didn't post those things because i wasn't sure about the items and some natures. I may have selected some of the natures wrong(tho i think im ok) so just correct me if i did. Sorry for the wrong format...im new to this. oh ya, and i new about the whole OU/UU team thing. i really dont kno why i put that.
