4th Gen Need Help Here

I have no idea and cannot find anything on getting Regigigas or Good moves for teh Contests. Please help me out. thanx

From what i was told, you have to transfer thr rock, ice and steel regis to the game, and it unlocks something... i think...

thats not true because I went into the Snowpoint Temple and Regigigas was standing right there, but I have't approached it yet so I'm not sure

To battle Regigigas, you need Regirock, Regice, & Registeel in your party (which means that you have to transfer them over via Pal Park first). Once you do that, you can enter the Snowpoint Temple and go through a few ice puzzles to reach Regigigas. It will be at Level 70, but has the trait Slow Start, cutting its Attack & Speed in half for a few turns, so use that to your advantage. If you don't have the other Regis then Regigigas will still be there, but it will be asleep and unfightable.

ok, i transferred them over n with them in my team, have looked everywhere, but cannot find the temple. Also, when I go to fly on my map or well look at it at all, there are red circles above some of the towns that seem like pokemon flying around. they are either red or orange, i can't remember, but what is that all about? N i still can't find the snow temple

The temple's in the northern part of Snowpoint City (hence the name "Snowpoint Temple").

And don't worry about those dots. They're just showing you where you've been lately, that's all.
