Need help identifying cards

Hey guys! I just joined the community. I have these really glittery cards with Japanese writing and a specific Pokémon on the front, and on the back has another Pokémon but on a white background. Any ideas the make and year this came out?

I'm assuming these aren't TCG cards but other types of cards, right? Can you take a picture so we can see them better? Struggling to find more info based on your description :(
