[Questions] Need help in authenticating a collection

Hi there! I'm in desperate need of some professional help on fake cards and I thought my best bet would be to stop here.

I've played the Pokemon TCG a lot while I was younger but stopped around Highschool (up until the Black and White era) Yet a few months ago it spiraled out of control again when I picked up an ETB at a local card store. (just for a bit of context here)

Now I very recently spotted a Mother on a "flea-market" type website selling her kids' Pokemon collection for around 50€ - with some 3 cards or so probably being worth more than that already. (you can look at the pictures)

While she was bombarded with other requests quickly trying to buy the cards from her, I simply let her know that she might sit on a goldmine and I'd gladly pay a lot more if she would let me see them in person and check if they're real. I'm meeting with her and her son this weekend.

Problem is… I have no idea how to spot fake cards from these sets. Sure, I can spot some obvious fakes right out of the bat from the pictures, but I don't know how to authenticate the majority of the cards in this kids' collection.
I thought posting it on here might be my best bet to get some pointers on how to authenticate some cards in that era.

(Or maybe some keen eye can spot them in the pictures already, who knows)

For Context: I'm in Austria so a good chunk of the cards will be in German. But his mother also let me know that he has an Uncle who travels a lot that also buys him cards from all over the world.

I've linked some of his collection down below, sorry for the bad picture quality, but I feel like asking his mom about better ones right now might be a tad bit too rude.

Thank you for your time if you're responding to this!

One thing to look out for are type/energy icons that are highlighted from the right (the highlight should be on the left side). Typos are another big thing, but those can be harder to spot on foreign cards. Watch out for full art cards that lack any kind of texture/embossing too (to my knowledge, only Radiant Collection full arts should be textureless).

Better pics would help, but here are what I can tell are fake right off the bat:

    Pic #1
Mega Blastoise (too shiny and highlights on wrong side)

    Pic #2
Mega Rayquaza (highlights on wrong side)
    Mega Lucario (wrong fonts*)
Trevenant EX (wonky fonts, highlights on wrong side, and missing second attack cost)
*With the exception of Evolutions, ever since Gen. III, the "1" digit in HP and damage should have a straight hook at the top.

    Pic #3
    Mega Heracross (wrong type icon)
Kyogre EX and Primal Kyogre (highlights appear to be on the wrong side, wrong fonts)
    Golem EX (printed too large)
Deoxys EX (too dark/too much foil)

    Pic #4
Mega Meganium, Typhlosion, and Feraligatr (these Pokémon never received Megas)
Shadow Lugia (only one official Shadow Lugia was made, and it's a non-full art jumbo)
Thundurus EX (this "fireworks" laminate is a tell-tale sign of a fake and the border is too thick)

Nearly all of the Pokémon EXs here appear to be non-holo (their gold boxes at least), in which case they'd be fake as well. (The only non-holo EXs/GXs should have a silver signature and World Championships back.)

    Wow... thanks! That helps immensely!

Never knew about the Energy icons having a specific highlight, that's a really neat trick.
