1st Gen Need help in Pokemon Blue

    I playing Pokemon Blue version and i got problem.
    Snorlax sleeping and he block way. Somebody tell me to i need find flute. But i need find one man, he got flute. Does somebody know where he is man or flute?
     
    Go to Lavender Town, he's Mr. Fuji and he's in the top of the Pokémon Tower (the big building). You'll need the Siplh Scope you'll find in Celadon City first, in the Team Rocket hideout in the Game Corner.
     
    Yes, i be in Celadon City and i defeated all Team Rocket in Game corner, and i defeated Giovani, but i don't know where is Mr.Fuji, now i check i house, and he's not there. Where he is?
