3rd Gen Need help lvling up pokemon

I am suck at Juan's gym because I cant beat hos kingdra. I have beating all of the leaders and they wont let me rebattle and I am looking for a way to get my pokemon higher lvls to take the kingdra down. Wild pokemon dont give much EX so i dont want to sit and fight them all day.


Any advice?

You can rematch Gym Leaders only after you

Spoiler:

enter the Hall of Fame for the first time.

Since you have enough Gym badges, you can rematch trainers to level up your Pokémon. I usually grind by rematching the trainers at Route 117. Setup on Juan's Whiscash or Sealeo and hope the former spams Amnesia, while you're using X-Attacks to make Swampert's Earthquake Stronger. A Lotad (preferably a female so Luvdisc can't use Attract) might be good for this gym, since none of his Pokémon have super effective moves against it.

As a last resort, I'd catch Rayquaza, ExtremeSpeed the Luvdisc and Outrage all the other Pokémon.

What level are your Pokemon? Have you been to all the sea routes? From 124 to 134. It may be best to comb this routes for all the trainers. I fight every trainer and I always end up at around lvl44+ for Juan.
