First off, post in this format:

Pokemon @ Item (optional)
Trait (optional)
Nature (optional)
EVs (optional)
- Move 1
- Move 2
- Move 3
- Move 4

It makes things a lot easier on everyone else. Also, please don't say that Natures and EVs are stupid. They're absolutely necessary. If you don't believe in them, then this is certainly not the place for you.

On Dragonite: Take out Dragon Rush, because you don't need two Dragon moves, and because Dragon Rush fails (low accuracy). Replace it with Earthquake, and replace Flamethrower with Fire Blast. And you may want to replace Dragon Claw with Outrage, for more raw power.
