Need Help on Making Pokemon SNAPS

So I'm new here, i don't know where to post and suchhh.. but i really wanted to make my own Pokémon hack and wanted to add new mechanics that's unique to this hack..

POKEMON SNAPS ​

the features what i wanted to add are:
- like Pokémon Radical Red: Tons of QoL Changes to get your team without having to Breed to get good Ivs/Abilities
but sadly I'm having some errors when I'm trying to do it to my ROM

- I'm calling my hack as"Pokemon Snaps!" Not the photo taking Pokémon, literally Snap like what Thanos did, to vanish the half of the universe
well in Pokémon version is that I want to remove all the overused Pokémon examples are Charizard, Gardevoir, Lucario etc.

I'm a fan of catching and completing the Pokedex and one i enjoy is discovering new mons in a evolution

maybe just a simple item in the bag that will give you an option if what kind or what Pokémon you want your Pokémon to evolve to
Or an option in Pokémon menu like the one in PLA

like Digimon evolutions, i want these Pokémon's will have split evolution with the existing Pokémon's and of course new fakemons
i.e. Natu can evolve to either Xatu / Sigilyph / Solrock

Yes I Included Solrock because I want these evolution will be like in Digimon, where a simple dog will be a rocket like machinery or something haha

as of now those are my plans in my "want to make" hack, i actually want to contact the gods of Hacking Skeli or Drayano to help me with this and hoping that they'll be interested with it. haha
