Why Choice Band if it has Substitute? IMO, I'd replace that with Hippowdon so that you can get a Sandstorm going straight away:
-Stealth Rock
-Earthquake
-Stone Edge/Ice Fang
-Slack Off

I like to see Jirachi annoy oppoents with the infamous Thunder Wave + Iron Head + Serene Grace combo. Go with that instead of Shuckle.

Even though Rhyperior has its merits, I don't think it's that good. I think Gliscor should be there if you want to break some stall:

-Taunt
-Roost
-Toxic/U-turn
Nature: Jolly
EVs: 252 HP/4 Atk/252 Spe
Item: Leftovers
Ability: Sand Veil.
4. Skarmory @ Shed Shell / Leftovers

5. Swampert @ Leftovers

Since you already have Hippowdon setting up Sandstorm, I changed Swampert's set to let it stick around for a bit longer

6. Torterra @ ???
EVs: 212 HP / 252 Def / 44 Spe
Nature: ???
-Wood Hammer
-Earthquake
-Leech Seed
-Roar
Since Torterra gives your team a huge Ice weakness with my current changes, I think it should be replaced by that Tyranitar set you have.

Comments/suggestions in bold. Just to clarify, I made Hippowdon your new lead and replaced Torterra with your Tyranitar set.

Thanks soooo much, but I still have some questions.
1. I don't understand why I should have two sand streamers instead of one, Hippowdon and Tyranitar both have that effect.
2. Water-types would rape my team, and I only have one t-bolt and no grass types. Should I change anything else?
