Hey guys, I need some help with Mystery Dungeon :( I just beat Articuno but I don't know what to do next. Can somebody help? BTW, I'm at silver rank, do I have to go higher or something?

go to the town, you see a Wynaut and a Wobbufett come toward you. They say some stuff, and they go again.
If you walk to the bulletin board at the post office, you can find a letter with some question marks at the bottom. Select that letter. When you do that, you'll talk to W&W again, and now you can go to a new dungeon: the Uproar Forest.

Are there all the Pokémon in the two versions?

Actually just visit gamefaqs, it tells you exactly what personality gets you who, and what questions to answer or rather what answers to the questions you have to do to get it, hope that helps.
