Those first two are the same card, and they are not worth as much as they are being listed for if the pictures attached to the listing are accurate. PSA 10 gradings are rare, but that's for a shadowless version of the non-first edition print run. At the absolute highest, those are worth $70, and I'd probably personally only pay a max of $40 simply because it's a verified PSA 10 grading (gradings by the PSA cost about $30). PSA 9 graded Gyarados cards of the same type have been listed 4 times in the past 3 weeks for either $43 or $49 and still gone unsold, and PSA 9 is the second best PSA grading a card can get, just after a PSA 10. If you get either of these, I'd start low at $30 and not go above $70. They're not worth more than that, IMO, and the market's refusal of the PSA 9 cards indicates the lister(s) of the PSA 10s are vastly overpricing their listings.

1st Edition is rare, but since it's ungraded, the listing is not worth anywhere close to the $139 being asked for it... last ungraded 1st Edition Base Set Gyarados auction went for $30, and the one before that went for $45, which I personally find a little high, but it is what they went for, surprisingly. For this one, I'd start at $20 or $25 and not go above $60.

Technically the first edition has more value as its rarity is more well known, but PSA 10 gradings aren't very common on any card, let alone a print of Base Set Gyarados that's around 15 years old.

Which do you personally want? 1st Edition or a PSA 10 graded non 1st Edition?
