116 isn't impressive to me. It does stand out but it is nothing compared to most walls. especially with that crappy HP stat.

ScizorRules: Slowbro's SP. DEF is pretty weak and if you max it, it can really be a wall to all pokemon.

I suppose that's true, but without the extra EVs in Defense, it becomes a fairly weaker wall, especially without EVs in HP.
