    I currently have.
    Drillbur(Lv.13)
    Snivy(Lv.16
    Panpour(Lv.15
    Blitzle(Lv.13).
    I might get rid of Panpour to make space for another pokemon. I'm going to grind a bit more so levels aren't a problem right now. I have finished the first gym and I'm on my way to the second gym now. Any suggestions are appreciated. If movesets are needed, I will provide them.

    This is my first ever in-game team help reply, so forgive me if this isn't what you were looking for. But I wanted to give it a go.

    So, let's start with the four Pokémon you currently have.

    after looking at their type weaknesses, this team of four offers some pretty good coverage. The only type you wouldn't be able to cover once Drillbur evolves is Excadrill's weakness to Fighting. To deal with that you could easily pick up a psychic Pokémon somewhere along the line, I will try to offer Pokémon that are somewhat early to grab. Munna being the obvious choice, which is able to be caught in the dream yard (Somewhat a low chance to appear though I believe, I use one - so it does happen :3) as well as Woobat/Sigilyph. Munna's evolution Musharna is more of a defensive/supportive type Pokémon, but still has a high special attack stat to warrant using offensively. Whereas Swoobat/Sigilyph offer more speed as Musharna can be rather slow compared to other Pokémon. If you were deciding between Woobat/Sigilpyh I would go for Sigilyph, he can be caught in the "Desert Resort" and has much better stats than Swoobat. Now, I'm not sure if you've already dealt with the second gym or not yet, but for your sixth slot based on that statement I would recommend a fighting type from the Pinwheel Forest (West of Nacrene City ~ you can catch them right at the entrance before actually entering the forest.) You have a choice Between Timburr/Sawk/Throh. I would personally go with Sawk ~ he's the fastest out of the three and speed is always good. His weaknesses are already covered as well by your other Pokémon, so nothing to worry about there.

    And with that wall of text complete, I was going to offer you some move sets to go with. They won't contain any egg moves, as I assume you wouldn't want to breed for perfection with an in-game team.

    Excadrill;
    -Swords Dance
    -Earthquake
    -Rock Slide
    -Return / X-Scissor / Shadow Claw / Metal Claw

    Set 2; (Incase you dislike moves like Sword Dance)
    -Earthquake
    -Rock Slide
    -X-Scissor / Return / Metal Claw
    -Shadow Claw

    Both of these move sets offer Excadrill amazing coverage, The second set hits 12/17 types for super-effective damage if X-Scissor is included.. I offered the alternative to having no Swords Dance as on most of my Pokémon I prefer not to have a set-up move, but I don't know your preference.

    Serperior:
    -Leech Seed
    -Substitute
    -Dragon Tail
    -Leaf Storm

    Set 2:
    -Reflect
    -Light Screen
    -Energy Ball / Leaf Storm
    -Hidden Power / Aerial Ace / Dragon Tail

    Given Serperior's defensive stats, I would recommend one of the two move sets in the game. The first one offers protection through substitute, as well as the powerful Leaf Storm with Dragon Tail hitting every type for neutral damage except for Dragon(x2) and Steel(.5). The second set is more of a supportive role, running dual screens to help your teammate with low defenses (Simipour/Excadrill for example). As well as being able to put out some damage. Hidden Power is a tricky attack to use well, the other two are probably safer choices.

    Simipour;
    -Work Up / Return / Payback / Rockslide
    -Surf
    -Grass Knot / Shadow claw
    -Ice Beam

    Simipour has decent attack/sp attack stats, as well as a pretty high speed stat. This makes this monkey have a chance at effectively destroying other Pokémon. I decided not to offer two move sets as they would be practically the same, and I didn't want to start to sound redundant. I feel that work up is somewhat required here, gives you a boost to both attack stats to make your attacks hit harder. Although it isn't needed, the alternatives are listed in such an amount that you can pick whichever one you'd like to fit best. Surf being one of the few attacks that gets "stab" for this Pokémon will probably be your hardest hitting ability, as well as useful to get around water :3.

    Zebstrika;
    -Flame Charge/Over Heat
    -Wild Charge
    -Volt Switch/Quick Attack
    -Toxic/Thunder wave

    Zebstrika offers decent type coverage with access to both fire and electric based attacks, Volt Switch is nice to have for an easier time switching out - Toxic/Thunder wave give you some status inflicting power as the team seems to lack it.

    Spoiler:

    Final Notes:
    A lot of these Pokémon offer a grass type move either through leveling or TM's, I wouldn't suggest having everyone have the grass alternatives as having too much of one type could be a drawback. I tried to list you with some options that could hopefully help you build your team up. I do want to say this though, these are only MY opinions and in no way the best options for you to choose from. I tried to base my decisions on the early Pokémon so you aren't waiting forever to get your team fully fledged out. I probably think too much about things like this, which usually ends up in me wanting to put down my Pokémon games as I can't decide who or what to use for myself. And with that, good luck with your team (:

    How well would the following pokemon work with this team?
    -Braviary
    -Haxorus/Hydeigon
    -Eelektross

    Also, are there any good replacements for Panpour?

    I would prefer Jellicent over Panpour.

    Item: Leftovers

    Looks like a pretty decent team especially have such a variety after only one badge. I like to space it out to wherer I get 1 in between each gym til 6, then use my team of 6 for the final badges, just because I don't want to train beginning Pokemon and wish I had waited. But like I said looks to be a good team. The only advice I can give is look into a Psychic-type, or at least a different type that can learn Psychic moves, if you prefer of course.

    Is a Psychic type absolutely necessary or can I just use this team
