[General] Need help to evolve my Poliwhirl and Seadra

I am making a full water team and I need to evolve my Poilwhirl to a Politoed and my Seadra to a Kingdra. Would help me sooo much and I will give you a Hidden Ability shuckle (Contrary is op). Also I got the moves Toxic and Infestation on it, and it is infected with pokerus and can still spread it to other pokemon.
