Need Help! Upcoming Tournament

Well this is my first tournament and I was wondering what would be fun/good team to use. I was going to use Scyther, Genger, Aerodactyl, Starmie, and Tyranitar. What would be better or good movesets for them?

Really need somehelp Im not too experienced.

I hear with Focus Sash, Aero can be an effective Stealth Rocker.

Outrage can work wonders in battle. Sometimes Earthquake isn't a staple needed in battle.

EV: 252 Spd/252 Sp Atk/ 4Hp
-Surf
-Ice Beam
-Rapid Spin
-Thunderbolt

A basic Bolt-Beam Starmie but with Life Orb for great damage. Rapid Spin stops spikes and such so it's a needed attack.

Scyther...Best to try Scizor due to the sandstorm effect.
