So yesterday I got a "bad egg" from using an AR for all TM's. Now I can't breed any pokemon whatsoever. All of my eggs are bad. I deleted the code and even found a code to delete the eggs, but alas. I cannot breed. I know this might not be the right thread, but I seriously need help.

Obviously, this is not the place for Pokémon discussions so I'm sure somebody will move it soon. You abused codes and got bad eggs. It's all your fault. No one really knows how this will affect the game code, so no one can help you.

I hope you learn your lesson.

That may seem harsh, but there's nothing else for anyone to say.

Yeah, as usual, Moose is a bit harsh, but that's what ya get for using AR. Most AR is really shifty, anyway, so you always run that risk.

But, uh, how did it affect your breeding? What game is this?

I freaking hate codes. Sucks the real fun out of the game. Why don't you just put in the code and beat the game suddenly! Well then what's the point in getting the game?

Hey maybe just freaking restart and get everything you have now just by putting in some numbers. WOOHOO. Problem solved!

I don't know why you're using the AR in the first place. Like Kura said above, and from personal experience the AR just sucks the fun out of Pokemon. Sure, you can do things so much easier and it might be amazing for the first week, but then it really does ruin Pokemon for you. Honestly, after I noticed this I threw my AR away. There's no point using a device that makes a game less fun.

My tip: only use AR for the small stuff. Things like double experience and quick egg hatch. Oh, and triggering Pokemart events when you live overseas and cannot make it back for every gamestop giveaway. Things like the 493 Masterball trick, all TMs and HMs, All event items, 999 of every pokeball... they not only take the fun out of the game; they also screw it up.

Unfortunately, what everybody else said is totally true. You have crashed your game and will probably need to start over.

so in conclusion move your pokemon to a game and restart it, it doesnt seem cureable.
and using a code to fix a problem with a code doesnt seem clever.

Well... your fault was in using the AR in the first place. They run a high-risk in corrupting your game. But.. I don't see how a bad egg would affect your breeding. Nonetheless, it does. So.. all you can really do is just transfer your pokemon to another game and start over.

Well, it's been said a million times it's your fault, but I think there are videos on YouTube showing how to get rid of Bad Eggs. I've never used codes though, so I haven't actually had this problem personally.

Alright, this was Heart Gold, I already beat the game. All I wanted to do was battle my friend Keenan and win, yet he trained like 10 level 100's within a week. I trained one in a month. Basically I just used the AR for the berries that reset EV'S and the pokemon modifier so I could battle any pokemon for the effort values I desired. I know it may seem lame, but I just wanted my team to be able to take him on. Anywho, what is affected in my game is the pokemon day care. I was breeding the other day for the first time in ages because I had a brave scizor (I wanted an adamant one) so I ended up getting the egg from the old dude, and after cycling up and down golden rod for half an hour I knew something was wrong. The egg's status didn't change at all. I managed to delete it with another code, yet alas...no luck. I'm just going to go and get another copy and not use an AR this time. I have searched everywhere on the internet and pretty much everyone is saying that this could be permanent. Thanks anyway for all of your responses.

I forgot to mention...I saved with the egg. I kept trying to breed after I deleted that one, but even after dozens of eggs, none of them would hatch.
