Need help with a team

Hey all, this is my first time back after about a 4 year hiatus from the game and i'm havin alot of trouble makin a team.

This is what i've put together so far, though I fear its not very good...

I was playin around with this team on netbattle without much success. So any help would be very much appreciated, just try and keep umbreon and skarmory both on the team.

Also im using leaf green now and have access to every game except pearl/diamond
