4th Gen need help with action replay please.

i just got a ds lite and an action replay and i am trying to use it on my pokemon platinum and i am having a lot of trouble using it. First off i dont have a pc so i cant add codes easily or anything which suxs but there are a bunch of other codes preloaded on it so its not to big a deal i hope. So i activate a few codes but the action replay does not recognize my game at all so they completely dont work. im totally screwed or can someone help me please?

Also if you don't have a pc how are you writing this right now? <__<;
Cheating takes the fun out of all games.

I didn't quite understand your post... If your AR says "unknown game" whenever you put the Pokemon Platinum game card in do this:

When it says "unknown game" it should also give you the correct ID for the game. Write the ID (CPUE-blabla) down on a piece of paper and then click on "add new game" (Not hard to find.). Put down Pokemon Platinum (Or whatever you want the game's name to be in the directory.), and go to the next screen, and type in the ID that you wrote down.

If that doesn't work then maybe the codes you are trying to input are for Diamond and Pearl, and not Platinum...

Wow, not an other noob using an action replay. What's the point of playing if you're gonna cheat and don't have skills to play?
