Need help with Diamond Rom

    I'll execute my diamond rom (which I have 2 for making sure something was truly wrong), and I can do just fine for the first while. When I get to the starly battle after selecting a starter it's going fine till I KO starly, then it freezes and the rom quits working anymore. I use No$Gba. Any suggestions on how to fix this problem?
