[Tool] Need help with GSC tools!

    Hey there! I just started with ROM hacking and am trying to work on a Silver ROM project. I got all the tools from Swampert tools' website, but two of them do not seem to work. Pokeedit GSC and Attack GSC open and load a ROM, but whenever I click on anything else in the program, I get an error saying "runtime error 13" anybody know why? Ive tried 2 different ROMs in both programs. Are there other tools that do the same things that I should try instead?
     
    So, I cannot seem to find ANY good way to start editing gen 2 games :( I really would prefer gen 2 over 3, but the tools for gen 3 all seem to work great and are easily worked with. I downloaded every gen 2 tool from Swampert Tools, and the 3 main ones i would like to use (Pokeedit, Attack GSC, HackOMatic) all will not work. They open, load a rom, and then quit out no matter what I click next. I'd really like someone to point me to a good jumping off point for gen 2 editing :) Im at my wits end with it, and for now will just start gen 3 stuff. But if anyone can help with gen 2, PLEASE let me know!

    Ive got most of these, my pokeedit doesnt work, and I cant seem to find poke editor ultimate? I have gsc attack editor but I get an error every time I try to use it.
