Every time I go into a battle with a pokemon that has speed boost, I get destroyed :disappoin

I'm thinking of getting a Foretress with stealth rock and toxic spikes (to counter Yanmega and Ninjask :badsmile:) but if you have any team suggestions please say them! I get frustrated when I lose (which is often :/)
