So I made a rain team for single battle, sadly I don't have anywhere to test it. I need some advises on the team tho.

    Thunder
    Rain Dance
    Hidden Power(Ice)

Kabutops (Choice Band) adamant swift swim
    252 atk 252 spe 4HP
    aqua jet
    rock slide
    waterfall
    X-scissor

    Dragonite (leftover) Calm Multiscale
    252HP 150spD 106spA
    Dragon Tail

    Wish
    Scald
    Rest

Gorebyss (Life Orb) Modest swift Swim
    252spA 252spe 4HP
    substitute
    ice Beam
    Surf
    Shadow ball

    Scizor (choice band) adamant technician
    252HP 252ATK 4spD
    bullet punch
    U-turn

    Thanks for advises!

Rain Dragonite isn't that viable anymore because of how rain now lasts for 5-8 turns regardless if it's from Rain Dance or Drizzle.

Gorebyss could use Shell Smash to make itself fast so that it doesn't rely on Swift Swim:
    -Shell Smash
    -Surf/Hydro Pump
    -Ice Beam
    -Hidden Power (Grass)
    Nature: Timid
    EVs: 4 HP/252 SAtk/252 Spe
    Item: Life Orb/White Herb

Kabutops is best off using Rapid Spin to clear away entry hazards on your side of the field, though you may have to breed for it. Alternatively, you can just make it use a Swords Dance set so it can switch between its moves:
    -Swords Dance
    -Waterfall
    -Stone Edge
    -Aqua Jet/Rapid Spin
    Nature: Adamant
    EVs: 4 HP/252 Atk/252 Spe
    Item: Life Orb/Lum Berry
    Ability: Swift Swim

First time helping someone with their team so here it goes:

If you're looking for a nice rain dance setter than I would suggest going with this bad boy:

    Klefki
Ability: Prankster(this is its standard ability so you won't have to hunt for it on safari)
Item: Damp Rock (so you get those 3 extra turns of weather)
EV spread: 252 HP, 128 Def, 128 SpD
    Moveset:
    Rain Dance
    Foul Play
    Thunder Wave
(last move is user choice, but I would recommend either light screen or reflect)

The whole point of this pokemon is that more times than not you are definitely going to be able to set up rain for the rest of your team. With prankster it now gains +1 priority to all non-damage dealing moves (i.e. Rain Dance and Thunder Wave) so against most pokemon it will be moving first. Should that not be it has fantastic typing in Steel/Fairy which only nets you two weaknesses to Fire and Ground. Foul Play is your main attack move; you lose out on Prankster Priority, but instead gets the ability to use the attack stat of its opponent which is quite useful in mitigating klefki's pitiful attack stat. Overall you end up with a fairly bulky setter and gives you a chance to play around with the movesets of Zapdos and Vaporeon to better cover threats you might encounter.

Hope this has been helpful to you!
