[General] Need Help With Pokedex

Thanks to anyone who helps!
Hey! I was hoping for help completing the national pokedex and going for the Shiny Charm. I'm trying to get Central, Coastal, and Mountain first, then finishing with national :)
My timezone is Central and on a normal day I can trade from 1:00PM-2:45PM and 5:00PM-7:00PM

Tradebacks are OK, I have a ton of Pokemon left, in central dex I need
Wartortle, Blastoise, Gogoat, Pangoro, Minun, Swalot, Scrafty, Kadabra, Alakazam, Vileplume, Bellossom, sentret, furret, Ninjask, Shedinja, Doublade, Aegislash, Whirlipede, Scolipede, Toxicroak, Swanna, Aromatisse, Slurpuff, Hoppip, Skiploom, Jumpluff, Munchlax, Exploud, Meditite, Medicham, Crobat, Fraxure, and Haxorus.. :( like I said it's a lot.

OK, I will later, but keep in mind, out of all the national dex, I've only obtained 261, so it's not going to be a short list...

OK, I think it would be easier for me to just startwith Central, go to Coastal, move on to Mountain and then continue to finish National

Okay, I can do tradeback of all of those central dex pokemon now if you're free. I have a friend coming over in about an hour so now is the best time today.
You can keep the hoppip, meditite, and sentret for future games so you can complete the dex more easily since you are missing their entire evolution lines.
