[GEN IX] Need help with Trade Evolution (Graveler → Golem)

Yes, I still need. I also now have a Slowpoke to evolve, if that's okay.
So, how does this work here? Do I just send you a trade code?

Usually you just try and catch each other online and when you're both online you send a trade code.
If our time difference is big we might need to schedule something instead.

I'm home from work now so I'll be checking in on this thread about every 30 minutes for the next several hours at least.
