The biggest problem on this team is Magnemite. Why is it so slow? You do not have Trick Room on your team and Magnemite does not gain an advantage by moving last. By being so slow, you fail to outspeed opponents that you should normally KO, like Squirtle, Omanyte, Aron, and other Magnemites. Plus you're not even using Little Cup EVs for your Magnemite, since putting 252 EVs into a stat isn't going to do anything more than 236.

Go with Modest/Timid and 236 Speed EVs.

Also, I would watch out when using Belly Drum Zigzagoon. Priority moves are everywhere in Little Cup and Mach Punch/Vacuum Wave is common, as are Choice Scarfed Fighters. Right now, you have 4 Pokemon weak to Fighting and while Wynaut might be able to take one out, it doesn't change the fact that you have a major Fighting weakness especially against Choice Scarf Mankey, who can escape Wynaut with U-Turn and also outspeeds Zigzagoon even with a Salac Boost.

Having a Choice Scarf Gligar (over Cranidos) will really help you out

    Gligar @Choice Scarf
    Jolly Nature
    36 HP / 236 Atk / 236 Spd

    -Earthquake
    -U-Turn
    -Aqua Tail
    -Night Slash/Aerial Ace

I would recommend that you don't use belly drum zigzagoon as it is too hard to set up successfully.
