What level does eevee Evolve?

It dosent eveolve at any level you give it:

fire stone - Flareon
Thunder stone - Jolteon {That's me!}
Water stone - Vaporeon
Happy at night - Umbreon {only for pokemon gold}
Happy at morning- Espeon {only 4 pokemon gold!}

in ruby\sapphire the eevee evolution into umbreon and espeon depends on happines and the evolution is random (like wurmple evolving in beatifly or "the other thingy"....

Jolteon got it correct. It isn't random for Espeon and Umbreon. Wurmple is random o.o;
