i need some help with something

i have a dusclops that has a reapers cloak and i need to trade it to someone so it evolves. can someone help me with this. ill give you a dratini lvl 1 that knows flamethrower and thunder and a eevee lvl 1 (for nothing, just trade a stupid pokemon)
