    how do you play the pokemon card game how do you summon the the pokemon monsters also build me a good pokemon deck or recomend me one from the store
     
    the best way to learn it is to play the Pokemon Trading Card Game on gameboy color. It works with completely official rules. If you manage to beat that game, then you know everything about the TCG of Pokemon except for dark and metal energy. The game got very clear and precise instruction too so you'll be fine. From the game you can also experience with different classical archetypes to get a feel of the game first before moving on to the neos and the advances.
