Well, first off, I'm new, so uh, hi.

In Black 2, I'm trying to evolve my Tangela. It's Lvl 37, and still won't learn anicentpower. I already checked with the move remember person. Help? I brought it over from another game if that makes a difference.

You could also use the website Bulbapedia to look up learned movelists :) Their general B2/W2 info (pokemon locations and such) isn't fully up to date yet though, so Serebii is better for that right now.
