Need help!!!

Hello Everyone! I am new here.

I know you all are very good in making Pokémon games. So, how to make one perfectly? I played many Pokémon hacks and they are just awesome. Can I make one too? I need your kind help.

I was thinking about starting with a GBA game. I like Ruby most but I heard that Fire Red is easy to hack and I can add more features in it. I tried with a Fire Red hack but after some time I found that I would need more Pokémon. I tried to add but lost patients of adding too many. Then I wanted to add new type/move/ability/item and failed again.

Is there any Rombase with all the Pokémon, moves, types, abilities, items? :-)
